Agenda 21 is a real thing; the question is HOW invasive will this program be? Will people be forced to relocate; will they be “Herded” into cities? Agenda 21 is directly related to sustainable development. The “goal” stated by the UN website suggests that it is for “the greater good” of the planet. The “21” refers to the 21st Century….
The UN organized Agenda 21 program encourages countries to develop and maintain their lands in a sustainable manner. It is technically, NOT a contract or legal document; it is an agreement between countries involved.

Oklahoma Rep. Sally Kern, author of House Bill 1412, says the United Nations’ Agenda 21 plan is being implemented in Oklahoma, with the goal to take away private property and control where people live. An opponent called the talk about the U.N. a gimmick.
The council voted unanimously in support of a resolution that states the city will not enter into partnership with the U.N.’s Agenda 21 if such a partnership would “infringe on the natural and sovereign rights of the citizens of Fairbanks, Alaska.”
The legislation, S.B. 1403, is summarized in the bill as “an act prohibiting the state and its political subdivisions from recognizing the United Nations or any of its declarations as legal authority in this state.” Specifically targeted are the UN “Rio Declaration on Environment and Development” and the “Statement of Principles for Sustainable Development” adopted by dictators and national governments at the 1992 international “sustainability” summit held in Rio de Janeiro.
